A few months ago it was all a dream for 15-year-old rapper Astro. Now L.A. Reid has made the former X-Factor contestant’s dreams become a reality. Damn…damn…damn…Looks like the Ultimate Hustler has fallen on hard times. The IRS is currently auditing Dame Dash, and at the least he is about $2 Million in the hole. Dame sat down with Sway from MTV and Sirius satellite radio to discuss his financial drama.
“They’re auditing me. When you’re a business man, you have a lot of businesses, a lot of times they think you’re laundering money or you’re pretending you’re writing things off that you don’t,” he continued. “I’m a true businessman. As you know, I believe in my independence, I have no partners, so every dollar I make goes right back into every business I have.”
At one point Dame said that he would never wear the same white T-shirt twice…I wonder if he’s singing a different song these days.
