It’s hard to believe that fifteen years have passed since we lost The Notorious B.I.G. It’s even harder to believe that Biggie would be 40-years-old this year. Well XXL is paying homage to Frank White in their February issue. March 9th will mark the 15th anniversary of the day that Biggie died.
