I wasn’t aware that Pharrell had actually started signing artists to his i am OTHER imprint. I’ve obviously been missing out. Allow me to introduce you to 17-year-old Compton, CA native Buddy. This song was featured on HBO’s How To Make It In America season 2 mixtape and the video was shot in Buddy’s old Compton neighborhood.

I usually love all things Pharrell related HOWSOMEEVER they need to try this again when little man’s balls drop. He needs more bass in his voice for that beat SMH
