A few months ago, Foxy Brown’s brother Gavin ‘Pretty Boy’ Marchand got caught red handed in the middle of a credit card scheme where he used someone’s credit cards and identity to go on a shopping spree at the Hermes store on Madison Avenue in New York.
Gav plead guilty to fraud and identity theft charges this week, and now faces 2 1/2 – 5 years in jail. His sentencing will take place on September 28th.
